Built because someone had to ask every month.

I built ExpenDiv because I was the person in every shared house who tracked the bills, sent the texts, and fronted the money when a roommate was slow. Not once. Every single month.

I tried every app out there. They all had the same problem: they made everyone sign up, create an account, and download something - and half my roommates never did. So the app was useless and I was still texting.

I wanted one thing: to track who owes me what, send a reminder, and have it handled. No one else needed to download anything. No group to set up. Just email them and get paid.

That's ExpenDiv. It's for the person who manages the bills - not for the whole group. You have an account. They get an email. It works.

I shipped the first version in 2025 and have been improving it since. It's just me - which means I read every support email and fix things fast.
